Workplace Health and Wellbeing Services – QLD Government  

Me&Work is an approved provider under the Queensland Government Workplace Health and Wellbeing Services Panel, delivering trusted, high-quality psychological support and workplace wellbeing services across the state. 

We specialise in providing tailored services to government departments and eligible clients through two key support areas: 

1. Employee Assistance Services (EAP) 

Confidential support from qualified professionals for: 

  • Individual psychological counselling
  • Manager support and guidance
  • Critical incident response
  • Mediation and conflict resolution 

 

 

 

 

2. Wellbeing and Resilience Services 

A proactive, preventative approach to workforce wellbeing, including: 

  • Training and educational workshops
  • Individual and team debriefing
  • Wellbeing coaching and clinical supervision
  • Baseline wellbeing assessments and evaluations
  • Staff upskilling, toolkits, resources, and progress reporting 

These services are tailored to build capacity, foster resilience, and support psychological safety across government teams and departments. 

 

We Are Approved to Support Eligible Clients Who Are:  

  • Experiencing or recovering from potentially traumatic events
  • Affected by domestic or family violence
  • Identifying as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex or Queer (LGBTIQ)
  • Identifying as Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander or Indigenous
  • Living with disability and requiring specialised counselling support
  • From culturally or linguistically diverse backgrounds, who may benefit from tailored and sensitive assistance
