A Bespoke Leadership Program for Emerging Leaders
Live Well, Lead Well is a tailored leadership development program created to support emerging leaders as they step into leadership roles from subject matter expert positions.
One of the greatest challenges new leaders face is shifting from doing to leading—all while managing their own wellbeing, performance, and the health of their teams. This program recognises that technical expertise alone isn’t enough. Effective leadership requires a new set of capabilities—ones that support both the individual and the collective.
Live Well, Lead Well is designed to help participants identify, grow, and apply those essential competencies in a way that’s flexible, practical, and relevant to their organisation.
Program Structure
Delivered across 9 modules, this program guides participants through the development of critical leadership competencies, aligned with either your existing leadership framework or a bespoke one designed with us.
The program is typically completed over 9 months, though timeframes can be adjusted based on your organisational needs.
Each module includes a monthly face-to-face or virtual workshop and draws on multiple learning modalities to ensure engagement and retention. The structure is based on the understanding that:
- 70% of learning happens through real-life experiences
- 20% through peer networks
- 10% through structured training
Our design brings together these elements to prioritise hands-on, relevant learning.
Beyond the Modules: Extended Learning Elements
To ensure deeper integration of the program’s leadership competencies, participants also access the following:
- 1:1 Coaching
- Participants receive 6 one-on-one coaching sessions. These sessions are used to:
– Contextualise learning
– Debrief 360-degree feedback

Build a 12-month personalised leadership development plan
360-Degree Feedback
Me & Work will facilitate a bespoke 360-degree feedback survey to assess each participant’s leadership competencies. Feedback is gathered from:
- Self
- Peers
- Managers
- Direct Reports
This data provides a clear picture of strengths, blind spots, and opportunities for growth.
Behavioural Role Play
We will design a real-world leadership simulation, tailored to your organisation’s context. Participants are assessed on their ability to apply key people leadership skills under pressure—offering a valuable benchmark against clearly defined competencies.
