Well@Work Program

Proactive Staff Wellbeing Support for Resilience & Retention

Well@Work is designed to support staff cohorts who may be at risk of disengagement, burnout, or stress due to organisational demands and transitions. This proactive program helps you identify where your teams need support—before it becomes a bigger issue.

Rather than waiting for exit interviews, Well@Work gives your organisation real-time data, feedback, and insights to take meaningful action and improve retention, morale, and performance.

Why Implement Well@Work?

Staff turnover: Difficulty keeping staff in roles that require resilience

Induction support: Especially for fast-paced environments or emotionally demanding roles (including coaching support for line managers)

Change management: Helping staff feel supported through organisational change or uncertainty

Role transitions: Supporting employees adjusting to new responsibilities in evolving learning environments

We use tailored scripts at key checkpoints to collect consistent data, highlight organisational strengths, identify ‘hot spots’, and recommend areas for improvement. The result? Clear feedback loops that reinforce team wellbeing and culture.

How It Works?

Our process is structured, clear, and evidence-informed:

  • Diagnostics to identify teams/cohorts in need of additional support
  • Development of key check points (e.g. 3, 6, 12 months post-induction) with tailored scripts
